  • Will Hal Ketchum be back again this year? We were there two years in a row and would love to see him again. Who else is coming this year?

  • Hello Music Fan,

    We're still pulling the season together. Any other people on your list? Did you see any other shows here?

    My parents came to visit the weekend Hal was here and they loved him and wanted to buy a CD. Mom was disappointed that none were available so I ended up buying her 4 of them from Amazon for Christmas. She was delighted with them.

    I thought the first year was better but since they had nothing to compare the show to they loved it. My dad who is not that easy to please went home and told my husband that he should have gone. Ted had said he wasn't up to listening to country music and stayed home. Mom and Dad both told him he missed a great show and Dad was particulary impressed with the guitar player who's "fingers moved so fast you couldn't see them."

    If you enjoyed Hal please come by in September when Scott Neubert will take the stage with Irene Kelley. Hope you remeber Scott from Hal's original band.

  • Wow, is it just us? Thanks Louanne, glad your parents enjoyed the show. I saw both and thought they were great. Kind of partial to Hal.. Grand Ole Opry Member coming to visit our little town though. As for a list, any big Country acts will do me fine. The Irene Kelley show sounds like a good one. And yes.. Larry & Mary we do remember Scott. Did not know he was now with Irene but you can be sure we will attend. Are you the same Larry & Mary that Hal announced as his friends? When is Irene coming? Can we buy tickets now? How do we get early notices?

    Sorry I didn't see your comment earlier. HSM is Friday and Saturday, May 30 and 31. Right now I am waiting for Disney verbiage to update the website. It should be a fantastic show. I'm really impressed with Performer's Playground. My favorite show from them so far is The Crucible. What a fantastic job they did on that show. I'm looking for great things from them on this one!
